Hi, so I've been playing R6 for over a year now, and since around Neon Dawn (December) of 2020, my frames have dropped significantly. It went from 90+ to barely even 60. I also noticed a huge drop in gpu usage (only being around 50-60%) I have a GTX 1650 with a intel i5 10300h, and I've tried doing everything. I set the game to prefer the NVIDIA engine, prefer maximum performance, closing all my tabs and background tasks, and running it on Vulcan, with NVIDIA reflex on. I've also seen other people complaining about the really low gpu usage, and really high CPU usage. Even when I turn down the graphics, I get about the same frames, which is very strange.
Sorry to read you're having framerate issues, and I'll be happy to advise.It sounds like you've already done it, since you mention many of the steps, but we do have a troubleshooting guide we recommend running through, as this fixes most problems.
It looks like we'll need to take a closer look, though, with the help of some system files - a DxDiag.txt and an MsInfo.txt. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.
Once you have those files, you can reach out to us via our support website (don't choose any of the drop-down menus, just scroll right down to the support ticket), to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.
