I play Rainbow Six Siege on pc through Steam. On December 14, 2022 I made a support ticket to request Ubisoft allow me to sign in to Rainbow Six Siege using a different account than the one currently linked to it. Since then, 5 different Ubisoft support staff have responded attempting to solve my problem. It has been 11 days since the last response and the issue persists. This is a simple task I am requesting and the process should not take this long, considering 5 different Ubisoft support staff have looked at it over the course of 44 days. Could someone else look into this for me because I think my ticket has been abandoned.
So far, my experience with Ubisoft support has been terrible. I hope you do not treat all your players in this way.
