So whats the problem?I bought today Rainbow Six: Siege and it does not work on my computer, It will run perfectly at 170 frames for about one match then freeze crash. This only happens with ubisoft games, other more demanding games run perfectly and have never crashed.

PC Specs

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 CPU 3.20 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 590
RAM: 8gb

Now I'll go over what I have already tried to fix the problem.

I checked the integrity of the files
Update Radeon drivers
Update Windows

Other things that I've tried:

Disabled Background Applications
Reducing CPU usage in power settings, went down to 50% max usage allowed, got some amazingly low temps but still crashed

Anything you might have to say that could help me in any way would be greatly appreciated, the game is unplayable
I'm lucky to get through a whole match without crashing. I hoping we can fix it fast.

Hey Nexos_7,

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

I've reviewed your specs and can see that you meet our system requirements, so there is no issue on that side.

Could you advise whether you happen to receive any error message at all? Also, did you notice anything in particular that may be causing this?

In order for us to get an idea of what may be causing the crash to occur, we would need to have a better look at your system, therefore for us to do so, I would need to ask you to do the following:

1. Visit our Support website
2. Login to your account and then select 'Contact Customer Support'
3. Fill out information regarding the issue
4. When done, make sure to also attach your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag) to the ticket
5. Once that's completed, let us know!
