Playing a Ranked game with my squad when 2 of us got DDOS'D with the player admitting to it via message. We would like to get our MMR Rolledback plus what we should get with the win. ( we were winning until they DDOS'D. Please help
Hello hippieslayer22! I'm terribly sorry to hear you and your friend encountered someone DDOSing, and lost MMR! Support cannot manually adjust MMR back to players' accounts, and we cannot estimate the timing of rollbacks as it is handled by the system. However, I would like to get this reported as soon as possible! Could you send me a private message please with the screenshot of the message? Thank you!
