Hello JoNe..., thanks for posting and welcome to the Siege forums.
There could be several reasons why your game may be crashing, thanks for letting me know you have verified you game files.
Can I ask if you launch Task Manager through Windows, are you running any background applications that you can close down when you want to launch the game? This is usually the main culprit for performance issues and crashes in a game. Please check out this link for more information - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Faqs/000025721
I would also make sure you have recently updated your graphics card driver, as Nvidia and AMD now usually release monthly updates. Please also make sure you are using the latest version of Windows and have updated it.
To update your Windows OS select these options -
Select Windows Start in the taskbar> Settings cog > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates (Then after checking for updates, select 'view update history' to see your current version)
To update your Graphics first find out what model GPU you have installed. If you are unsure, you can find this out by running a dxdiag report on your PC - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Article/000078583
To download the latest Nvidia drivers, follow this link -

Sometimes your Nvidia GeForce Experience software will tell you when a new update is ready too, if you open it up to check the 'drivers' tab.
Please let me know once you have update all of your drivers and disabled any background software that may be running if you are able to launch the game?
