[2020] [Ubisoft Account]Banned for no reason

I've been playing R6 for 2 years now and I recently took a large break from the game. I return to the game and instantly get permanently banned out of the blue. Now, I know what everyone is going to say; "Oh you cheated just admit it", I am being honest here; I have never cheated in my life. I am curious to see if anyone else has had a similar issue and to see if it ever gets resolved. Ubisoft support chat isn't helping at all and I am generally pissed off all my progress has just vanished. There is a massive twist, I haven't been banned by BattlEye as I can still play games which are protected by BattlEye (Unless I just haven't been hardware banned or whatever). After the ban occured, I checked my running programs and didn't see anything which could of been thought as cheat software, so I am just utterly confused.

I would really appreciate some help, I'm just hoping the forums aren't as toxic as the playerbase :/
