[2021] Easier weapon skin equiping

I had an idea about a skin inventory system where all the weapon skins are in one place and are sorted by rarity so you can either scroll down the list and preview skins and equip them to selected guns or you can search any skin you want that you own and it would let you preview and equip all from one place. This would make it easier in my opinion to equip skins instead of having to go through every operator and selecting the skins you want as that can be a slow process especially on console.
