Hey @cbt_rda_99, sorry for the trouble you ran into during your matches. I'm afraid these penalties are issued server-side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. When the game crashes for you, are you met with an error message and directed back to the main screen of Rainbow Six Siege? If so, and you are getting the same error message between matches, I recommend that you check out our guide here. While there might not be any trouble with your internet connection, these steps will ensure no interference between the R6 Service and your Internet Service.
