Hello G3KQN! My apologies for this inconvenience. First, please be sure to manually claim the packs yourself in your Twitch inventory. Second, wait at least 24 hours after claiming for the content to appear in-game. Due to the amount of data the system handles on a daily basis, content granting can sometimes take awhile. Waiting a full 24 hours is generally good to do in these cases! Lastly, grab a screenshot of the drops showing in your Twitch inventory and upload it in a case at support.ubi.com. From there, our support and accounts teams will be able to investigate this further with you. They would be happy to help! Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
