Why are we not allowed to get the ranked charms that we still have not received if it is from past seasons??? I reached plat in Void Edge and have still not received my charm. I contacted Ubisoft just for then to tell me to verify my account and show proof (which I did). Then they just tell me that they only give missing charms from the very previous season which I think is kind of stupid. I mean Void Edge was literally two seasons ago but ok. I waited a whole extra season hoping that it was just an extended wait period because the game has so many players. But no, I think they should implement a claim tab with all of your stats. You should be able to claim each individual ranked charm that you earn in a season. For instance if you make it to diamond then you can claim each individual charm from bronze to diamond as you progress through the ranks. This will allow everyone missing ranked charms that they have not received to collect them without emailing Ubisoft just to be given the middle finger.
