Hi guys please help us, my friend already opened a ticket on Ubisoft support but they are not yet responding, my friend tried everything but the same error persists, can anyone help us or have you experience any errors like this? if so, please share your solution!

First of all I am sorry to hear your friend is receiving 4-0xFFF0BE2B error.

If they already created a support case with us, please rest assured that my colleagues from the Customer Support team will get back with the relevant troubleshooting, however if you think that it's taking so long, please let us know the platform your friend is playing on, so I can suggest the appropriate steps.
