everytime i go on to the game it says authentication of the ownership of this product failed but before hand it says all of the stuff that will be added to the account as you do.
i need help with this i am on the account that my xbox is on which is what i want to link but because im not sure how it works i feel like i might be doing something wrong.

Hi there @AST-Redux so sorry for the delayed response on this thread! I do see we've chatted before about this authentication error in another thread. For anyone here that sees an error on PC regarding 'authenticating ownership of this product' please doublecheck that you are logged into the original Ubisoft account that activated your game in your Ubisoft Connect client. The authentication error is a different sort of issue than content being missing on the correct accounts.

@LIGHTWORK_JL in order to share your progression between platforms you will want to ensure that your Playstation profile is linked to the exact same Ubisoft account that has your other platform copy of the game. It is not possible to use the same email on more than one Ubisoft account, however you can use the Ubisoft Account Management website to check and see if your PS profile is successfully linked to your Ubisoft account with your PC game. I do also see you have an open support ticket- please keep your eye out on your ticket for our support teams to be able to delve into your accounts further.
