I've recently bought rainbow six siege, but I accidentally linked to the wrong Ubisoft account. I haven't loaded into the actual game yet. When I logged out and tried logging on to my actual account, It says that there was a problem authenticating this product. Any fixes?

When you see the message - "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product." This usually means the game is connected to either the wrong Steam account or the wrong Ubisoft account.

Do you have several Steam or Ubisoft accounts?

When you contact us please let us know the names of your Ubisoft accounts, any emails you have previously used and any Steam ID's which you have used with the game.
