[2020] Permanently Banned

hey im Kyblade. i've been playing R6 since when it was released and i changed my gaming platform to PC and play R6 for straight days and after 8 months of grinding i've been banned for no reason i havent got any email for the bans reason and i contacted ubisoft about the appeal ban but they denied my appeal ban so today i wanted to try my luck in live support but they said they cant do anything and they immediately ended the chat i have video proof that i was playing with my friends in custom match and warming up for a rank match but after the new season came i give myself a break and go outside (i wear mask) and watch YT videos about the new season but when i login it says ive been perm banned for cheating, i just reseted my PC a months age and the only thing i see with the new season perm banned if anyone can help me pls i want to play R6 again
