For example ps4 account is linked with a certain ubi account. Im referring to switching the ps4 account's linked ubi account to another ubi account. In order to do that, the support website told me to contact them with the case. I have been cooperating, sending the pictures to prove I am the one who owns all accounts, and they have not responded in nearly 2 weeks. Call me impatient, but you have to understand I opened this case on Nov 10. Thanks in advance to anyone who provides a story with ubi support similar to mine.
