So why i can play this game only on 1 account? I bought it from steam and i can't connect another account from ubisoft connect other than the main account, this makes no sense if i want to create a second account to play from the same steam account and the same PC why i shouldn't be able to ?

When purchasing Siege on any PC platform such as Epic, Steam, or Connect, the game will be tied to that account.
If you decide to unlink any of these platforms from your Ubisoft Account and try to link another, you will be unable to play the game. You must play the game on the original account it was activated on. This is to prevent multiple Ubisoft accounts from being made by one player and also to prevent players from using smurf accounts, where both instances go against our Terms of Use > https://legal.ubi.com/termsofuse/en-GB
