I'm not sure if there was perhaps an incorrect notification shown in-game, however I reviewed your account and it shows you received Ying in your pack.

Can you maybe double check that for me and let me know if you now have access to Ying?

Would it be possible to provide images showing your operators please? We would also like your Ubisoft username visible from the squad menu.

I can confirm our team are still looking into this, however a new year / season has lead to more bug reports & questions for our devs.
