[2023] Xbox Ingame mic not working

I have everything set up correctly, down to the xbox multiplayer settings on everyone and allowing everything. Voice chat volume is at 100% and the text to speech is off so voice chat should work but i go into a game and I can hear people but not talk? I know it’s not my headset and it voice chat works fine on other games. Any ubisoft game i play i can’t use voice chat. Please help
