4 weeks ago I messaged Ubisoft Support appealing a ban I had on my account when I launched up after around half a year of not playing, I launch up and see it says that I was banned for multiple cheating offences but I haven't even logged in on that account in ages nor have I ever cheated. Someone had stolen my account and used it to cheat online, I understand that I should of had 2FA on but I didn't at the time.

So Ubisoft support said that they would escalate my case to a dedicated team for this sort of issue, but 4 weeks later I still have no reply or any updates on what's happening, even asking for an update got me no reply.
