I was just in a ranked game and the game just glitches out and kicked me and now I have a 2 hour ban and I lost my rp I did not close app or do anything I was just playing the game and then mid round said leaving squad and kicked me last round so I couldn’t join back. This was not my fault I don’t understand why I got banned for 2 hours, I wasn’t lagging prior to this happening so I don’t understand what happened. I tried submitting a complaint through the Ubisoft website but it wouldn’t submit and chat was unavailable.

That happens with an old version of TMPE. Remove the old one and get the newer one - links in this thread - as well as a list of other mods that broke last patch:

You should be able to remove the old one from in game. Go to the Content Manager, under Mods and find the old TMPE on the list. Then click the unsubscribe button.

Unfortunately we have no way of removing temporary sanctions. Have you encountered a specific error message after you were disconnected? If so, I may be able to investigate this issue further for you.

The temporary ban likely occurred because you disconnected from the match and you did not reconnect as you described. The ban system is handled server-side by an automated service, which prevents us from modifying or adjust temporary bans in any way.

For the support case issue, it is possible that your regional support team was not online at the time but you can always submit a new support case for one of our agents to review. Be sure to fill in these required fields and that should make the submit button clickable.
