[2020] Loading takes for ever

hey,

when i'm loading for a new game, after selecting operators, my loading time is just insane. I think the problem is my Ethernet because i have an SSD installed, but something i don't understand is the fact that when i do a speed test. My download is 80mb/s and my upload is 30mb/s. But as soon as i start loading, it literally both drops below 100KB/S. i don't understand why?

I hope someone can help me out :)
