Hello, I've made a support case on my account and got a response from the Support Team quickly. The matter now is that I did what the Support asked me to do and prove that I have purchased R6. I did all the things and I even added a comment saying that I had done the things after that I was hoping to get a new response because the problem with my account wasn't solved. Now the case has completely disappeared from my case lists and I cannot see it anywhere. It isn't anywhere in the Closed or Open cases list. When I open the case up from the link I got when Support emailed me, it says that "The page no longer exists". What should I do?

Hey there @daannuuu, if you are not able to find your support case, you should make sure that you are logged into the correct account that the case was opened under. Support cases never disappear, even once they are closed they will appear in that list.

If you need help finding the correct account, please wait for a response on the case you opened more recently. This is unfortunately not something we can assist with in any public space.
