Hello, I've made a support case on my account and got a response from the Support Team quickly. The matter now is that I did what the Support asked me to do and prove that I have purchased R6. I did all the things and I even added a comment saying that I had done the things after that I was hoping to get a new response because the problem with my account wasn't solved. Now the case has completely disappeared from my case lists and I cannot see it anywhere. It isn't anywhere in the Closed or Open cases list. When I open the case up from the link I got when Support emailed me, it says that "The page no longer exists". What should I do?
