Hello I've bought Rainbow like 2 or 3 years ago, since then I was playing on my main account. I bought a second copy for my friend to play on my pc yesterday, and since then I can't log into my main account.

The problem lays in the platforms, I bought mine on steam and the second one was on Epic since it was on sale. I can't re-log into another account without fully reinstalling the whole game - which is useless, so my question is, is there a way to not reinstall the game and still log in with steam or should I refund it.

Screenshots with additional explanation:

This is what happens when I log into my main account on ubisoft, I can't play the game

On steam it shows the game as not installed

Same on epic but I can still play it via epic store.

Would there be a way of maybe telling steam the location of the game so I don't have to install it again?

Oh and I still want to add that creating a new library on steam or repairing it didn't work since installing it on epic caused it to have a different location, E:\Tom Clan... not under steamapps common

@GN_wolfy Thank you so much for reaching out about this, and for providing a potential workaround! There isn't currently an official way to have two separate versions of Siege installed at the same time on your desktop, and I do apologize for that. As seen, trying to install a different version, like a Steam version, can cause issues with the version of the game already installed. If this workaround appears to be helping this issue, however, I'm very glad to hear that and I can pass it along!
