My teammates saying that surrendering won't give elo back when the cheater gets banned by battle eye (Ubisoft). But I don't wanna waste time on obvious cheaters but don't wanna give free elo without getting it back.
If a cheater has been suspended and you have been playing in a Ranked match against them, regardless of the outcome of the match - whether you lost/won/surrendered, you will always receive MMR/Elo rollback.
