We were able to determine that players were missing the reward, and so it was recently distributed to all eligible players that we were able to detect.

If you were eligible and you did not receive it, we would need to raise that to the Rainbow Six Siege team for you.

Hey! I'm sorry to read you did not receive the charm.

Eligibility for the rewards was compiled automatically by our dev team at an account level, and then the rewards were distributed. This is the most accurate way to determine eligibility, therefore we are unable to add the reward manually.

Feedback has been forwarded to the team, however that is all we are able to do at this time.
