I have one Alpha Pack in my inventory. However, when I try to open it, there will be a message saying, "a problem occurred while opening your pack. " After a few tries, it will add, "if you continue to experience this problem, please contact http://support.ubisoft.com." But currently the live chat in the support server is down, and my pack just can't be opened. I would like to know why and how I can fix it.
