[2021] Game removed from account library after buying key from CDkeys

Hello,

Firstly... yes. I did buy the game from CDkeys and have been playing for months now on my ONLY account.

Today I tried to boot up siege and weirdly it asked me to log in with my credentials again, however, when I logged in I noticed that siege was greyed out. Let me reiterate that this IS my ONLY account.

Every time I try to launch siege as I always have done from the desktop it asked me for my activation key code, I only have the one I got in my order confirmation from CDkeys, which I then entered.

It comes up with a message saying that the key is already linked to an account. My account. Which makes no sense as I DO NOT have another account.

Are games being removed from user's libraries simply because they were bought through CDkeys and not Ubisoft's store?
