Hey J-C-Ace! I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get into a match in Rainbow Six Siege. I completely understand how disheartening and frustrating this can be to deal with! Moving forward, it would be beneficial to complete our technical troubleshooting guide. Although this problem may be more connection-based, that guide would be great to complete to ensure there are no potential technical factors interfering with the game itself. Aside from that, I would highly suggest completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full, including port forwarding, if you haven't done so already. By suggesting this, I am not meaning to place blame solely on your internet since you had mentioned it being great and having no previous problems. However, there may just be an issue with the connection between our online services and yours. Completing that guide will ensure that connection is not being interrupted and that it is completely optimized.

If those steps do not make any improvements or you have already given them a try, please do not hestiate to contact our team at support.ubi.com for additional assistance. They would be glad to investigate this further with you and see what more can be done! Thank you for your continued patience in the meantime.

J-C-Ace: Thank you for sharing your findings with me! The group may be partially right, as explained in a Dev Blog regarding matchmaking in Siege here:
It is difficult to find the sweet spot between short queue times and balanced matches on all playlists and we always work on improving our system and its functionalities to give you all the best possible matchmaking experience.
Ultimately, longer queue times can be a result of the system trying to ensure you do not get thrown into an unbalanced match. My apologies for not sharing this information earlier! Nonetheless, I would still advise uploading a screenshot of your port forwarding configuration in a case to our support team. This way, they will at least be able to ensure that everything looks good in regards to the connection between our services and yours.
