If you mean a reedemable code by Dead by Daylight (e.g. charms/BP): Go to the in-game shop > Click Redeem Code > Enter code exactly like it is

We're not able to discuss or investigate bans/sanctions over the forums I'm afraid but if you open a support case with us we'll look into it.
