i know the event came out a while ago but a lot of us myself included still havent recieved the Ash elf skin that we were promised. ive talked to support many times and shown proof that i met the requirements to recieve the Ash skin yet they keep telling me that i received an operator that id already owned and that theyre trying to fix it yet it shouldnt take them almost a year to fix or they could always just add the skin to players account that were ment to get it.
