[2020] Error codes: 2-0x00019008 3-0x000A000E

Hello Guys,

I need some help, I got two error (2-0x00019008 3-0x000A000E), after when I start matchmaking. My account was banned before the battleye anticheat arrived, but it was resolved (Hacked accound). I don't use any cheat program, I tried use vpn, but isn't solve anything (just secound error code wasn't same).

Thx for any help/suggestion.

I've just checked your account and I can see that you have opened a support case on this issue earlier today so one of my colleagues should be getting back to you on that case shortly. In the meantime can I ask you to ensure that you have attempted each step suggested in our connectivity troubleshooting here, please? If you already have can I ask you to attach screenshots showing your port forwarding configuration to that case please? Thanks.

Hey there.

If you have a strict NAT then this could well be the cause of your connection issues. If you're having difficulty with setting up port forwarding to correct this your ISP(if they provided you with your router) or the router manufacturer if it was purchased separately should be able to offer exact steps to set this up. Then all you require from us is the ports specified in the connectivity troubleshooting FAQ in order to proceed.
