Hey hobrobs, I'm sorry to hear that you've not been enjoying playing Casual / Ranked games in Rainbow Six Siege.

Have you tried out the Newcomer Playlist at all? This is designed for new players of Rainbow Six Siege to get to grips with the game's mechanics and gameplay, and all its maps and available operators to you.

The matchmaking systems will always try to put together a fair match, but will on occasion compensate to a degree if / as necessary in order to balance finding a fair game with finding one quickly.

If you all have any further feedback to share, I'd recommend posting it on our dedicated feedback forums for Rainbow Six Siege rather than in our Player Support section here. We do value all feedback players have to offer. Thank you!

I fully appreciate that "losing every round" is / would not be fun, Cavendar.WT - but what do you believe the root cause of this is? That the teams in the matches you play are not balanced?

What changes would you like to see? How would you like matchmaking to be organised, or limited?

Knowing the existing matchmaking rating / rank systems (you can read an older, but still valid, blog post about them here), do you believe there to be a technical issue at the moment - or is it just that the system, compensating by matching players of higher skill into your teams and the ones you play against, feels unfair?

I'm interested to gather further insight into this, to be able to pass information forward to the relevant teams if needed.

I would not be able to give in-depth information about how Matchmaking works, as we do not have the intricate details on how it works.

The game will always try and match you against people of a similar skill level, but also one with the best connection and while doing it quickly.
