[2020] Delayed abandon sanction?

I got disconnected from a ranked match 3 days ago that I couldn't rejoin. I've played games daily since. My squad team mate got the abandon sanction straight away, I get it 3 days later in the middle of my plat 2 winning game lol. Is this possible?
