[2020] FPS Huge Drops from 150ingame to 40fps

Hello... i have problem with game.. i played to day and i saw my game running only 40fps i tried put the game settings to low nothing changed still 40fps on all settings i searched any youtube video fixes nothing works for me sl i tried reinstll game still nothing im afriad what to do.. also i cheched confid if there is no locked fps still nothing.. im using nvidia graphic card i checked if there is nothing but no before i was normally playing on hight settings on 150fps clearly

my components : Geforce 1650 Max Q design , Intel i7-9750H 2.60Hz 6gb ram 60hz monitor i really dont know whats going on..
