This is the first time I get suspended for being inactive during a game and being kicked out.
It was not intentional of course, I had urgent stuff that popped out so, now I don't know how long it will take to be able to play again ?
Can someone help please ?

Sadly, we are unable to lift or adjust temporary bans in any way since they are controlled by an automated service.
For future reference, there should be an in-game notification that displays a timer for incurred temporary bans. If that is not the case, please let us know and we'll be happy to help you further.
