Ever since I installed this game, it has been bugged. Half the time, my teammates and enemies don't have a gun and don't make any sound when they shoot. On one occasion, the game decided to spawn me in without a primary weapon. And I've noticed that on certain weapons, I can't ADS at all. It's a visual bug that takes off all your attachments, and you can't ADS properly. You're not looking down a sight, you're looking at your butt stock. You can't see anything. The weapons I've noticed with the bug so far are the MPX, 556xi, and R4C. I'm not even close to having all the operators so who knows what other guns are bugged. Overall my game is just completely unlayable because I can't ADS half the time, and the majority of the time I don't know where I'm being shot from because the enemy doesn't have a weapon in their hands and they're not making any sound. And I thought that eventually the bug would go away, but it's been in every single game I have played since installation, 100% of the time. I can't use any of the weapons I mentioned, and randomly my teammates and enemies don't have guns. Also every time I try to go to the screen to open an alpha pack, it freezes and I get an infinite loading screen, so I have to completely restart the game and then retry, hoping that it will let me open the alpha pack this time. I honestly don't know what could be causing it, because no matter where I search online, nobody else is having my problem.

1. In regards to the ADS bug, does it sound similar to this report? If so, please be sure to contribute to that! R6Fix is a great resource to utilize, as it will notify the development team directly once a bug report has been contributed to or reproduced. If your issue is different, please grab videos and/or screenshots exhibiting what specifically is happening on your end. I would be more than happy to forward this information for you!
2. For the sound issue, are you using a headset or speakers? Does the problem persist even when using another sound source (speakers instead of headset, vice versa)? Please be sure to look through this support article to see if those steps make any improvements.
3. As for the freezing and infinite loading screen, I would first suggest verifying Siege's files in Ubisoft Connect. I recommend completing this process after a patch has been released, as it ensures everything required for the game has been installed correctly during the update. It will also replace any missing or corrupted files that may have popped up and started causing problems. Then, try running Siege as an administrator to see if you're able to open your Alpha Packs in that mode. Finally, it would be beneficial to complete the rest of our technical troubleshooting guide.
