[2021] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]Banned for no reason

Hello, I am communicating about a problem I had in the game Rainbow Six Siege. Today in the afternoon I was playing in competitive mode, I played about 3 or 4 games without problems, but a couple of minutes ago I came back and wanted to continue playing, activated a points multiplier and started the matchmaking for a ranked and it was like 5 minutes searching, Until the matchmaking was canceled because an error appeared that said that I had been disconnected from the servers, it seemed strange to me because my internet did not go down, or anything, I was with the cell phone connected to the wi-fi inclusive, well. Question that I decided to restart the game, and when I do so when I connect to the servers on the loading screen, I find myself with the surprise that I am banned for 2 days and I do not know why, if I never found a game, I was never in a lobby or with other players, absolutely nothing at all, and now I find myself banned and with the multiplier of points that I used to get more out of ranked and non-competitive mode and I will not be able to make use of this because 2 days I will not be able to play any of the 2 modes, it seems unfair to find myself in this situation since I was not to blame for anything, neither do I blame the servers or the game, but as I said, it seems unfair because it is not that I left afk, the internet was cut off, or I had a problem with the game or the pc. I would like my case to be reviewed and the sanction I have removed, since as I said I want to take advantage of the point multipliers to farm recognition and be able to buy the REACT event envelopes, and in this situation I cannot farm points like I do. I was hoping, since I only have to play in fast game mode and they take away 50% of recognition, which in itself is low compared to the non-competitive or ranked mode, I hope they can solve my problem, I am a big fan of the game ago years.
