Hi guys, I purchased this game yesterday and no matter what I do or what matchmaking I select, I just sit in the queue indefinitely... Is there something I'm doing wrong here? It's been over a day now and no matter the time of day as well, this just keeps happening.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm so sorry for my delay. I know long matchmaking times are frustrating, especially for a game you just purchased so I'm really sorry your first experience is turning out like this.
Just to rule out any communication issues, I'd like you to run through these quick steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide for Rainbow Six Siege.
If you're still seeing those long matchmaking times, could you update me and let me know the longest you've waited so far and whether you've managed to get into any games since this thread was created?
Are you running into an error code when the game crashes?
