Hello! This has been going on for a while, I tried to first find answers online but with little to no help I have finally decided to reach out to the official forums.
And before I elaborting my issue which the title more or less sums up I want to clarify what I have already tried to do to fix the issue at hand.
Verified my game files.
Reinstalled the game from scratch.
Updated Nvidia drivers.
Reinstalled Nvidia drivers.
Changed graphics settings to low.
Use recommended settings by Nvidia Geforce Experience

And even after trying all of the potential solutions above no success has been found, and to elaborate:
The problem doesn't happen every gunfight but it is frequently enough to make the game unplayable at this state as it happens every other match, if not every match, so whenever I'm getting shot at by an enemy player or hit by their bullets it causes my game to lag or give me an insane frame drop, it goes from having way above 144 FPS to barely having 3-5 FPS, and so far it has only been caused by getting shot by an enemy player just to clarify that.

This obviously as stated makes the game unplayable and unfun, I can't play it while this problem still occurs and I can't even bother to progress through the battlepass thanks to it all, nor do I dare to even play and queue up for any unranked and or ranked matches.

And lastly my specs are as followed:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 8GB DUAL OC
MOBO: ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS
RAM: Corsair 32 GB (4x8) CL18 Vengeance
PSU: Corsair RM650
OS: Windows 10 Home x64

Monitors are: ASUS VG248QE 24'' 144Hz, so I play the game at 1920x1080p 144Hz.
