Hey,
I have a question rigzht now all the servers in Rainbow were down for maybe Patches or something else. Now when i want to join a Game dosnt matter Ranked unranked or quickmatch there comes a Failure message saiing there is something wrong. But i havnt changed any Options. Can someone give me a tip how to fix this ?

Could you take a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing, and let me know the data center you are connected to on the main menu?
I would also recommend running through the basic connectivity troubleshooting for your platform, and let me know if those steps change anything with your issues getting connected!
