[2022] Banned in R6...

Hello,
I've been banned in Rainbow Six for almost half a year now. I think about this game at least every weekend. I really miss playing it, I loved it and put lots of money in it.
Is there any way at all to ever play it again? I think I'm Hardware banned, am I? So I can't just buy it on Steam and be able to play again, can I?
I would even buy a new PC to have a new Hardware to play this game again.... I played it for years with 1200hrs game time...
Can I somehow write an application to cancel my ban? Can I even do anything at all, or do i have to move to another house with another IP, buy another PC with another Hardware and create another Ubisoft Connect Account to play this game again?

The actions that can lead to permanent bans can include >
- Toxic behavior in-game
- Inappropriate voice or text chat
- Cheating or using/installing banned software
- Illegal behavior/activity
- Account buying/selling
