To whom it may concern, tonight I queued a ranked match around 9:10 with my 4 friends (we were a full stack). My friends usernames are [REDACTED] . We get through map bans and operator bans into the first round. We are super confused because one person on the other team had no operators and was level 50, his username was [REDACTED]. Unfortunately, that's the only username we can remember. We are sure you can find his teammates as he played villa, around 9:10 PM PST, and I gave you the usernames he played against. We got through drone phase and were running towards site when [REDACTED] leaves the game and simultaneously DDoS my entire team. He crashed every single one of my teammates game, including my own. None of us have a history of game crashes. We could not report him as it automatically removed us from the game. Because all 5 of our games crashed we lost the game and received an abandon sanction and a loss of mmr. My entire team would like our mmr back because we feel it was an unfair situation. Please help us ban [REDACTED] and his team from that game as they were in on it. We want our mmr back and don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thank you.
