Hello there. This is my first time typing on this forum about my issues, but not only mine, also my friends too.
We've been experiencing a lot of crash in past few months. We tried uninstalling, installing game again, verifying game integrity, calling our net provider etc.. Nothing helped.
So what's happening. Thing is, we enter match, unranked, and we play 1st round normally. 2nd we crash. All of a sudden, without having any other troubles.
I must urge you to do something about it please. It's not like I am talking to some amateur kid who is programming and creating game. I am talking to serious company.
Second thing. When we crash, we cannot reconnect to your game/server. Why? How is that even possible, if internet is fine and it works. On top of that, which is my favourite part is that, when we do get crash, we get ban??? What do you mean please? Clearly, your system cannot detect Crash and ALT+F4 or leaving game on purpose.
If I get banned for crash and get banned for leaving game, you are putting me in basket with some ragers. Please, you can make that system detection, you are capable of it.
Also, I would like to appeal to get unbanned. I bought some DLC's and got boosters, so I can play actively. My 1 day booster is wasted because of system failure.
