So hi I'm Amine the owner of my 4years level 296 account 'Obi1oUchiha' back in june 12 i contacted the support for a name change i talked with a support member in live chat we tried multiple names that was already taken and we finished by setting my username to 'obi1o' after 12hours of playing i got permanently banned by fairfight for cheating. Before you ask if i used something i didn't cheat or use macro i played the game since operation dust line i have charm and skin of it. So after i got banned i was super tired that i thought it's only temporary ban i turned off my pc and slept. At 4pm i turned my pc on and i found that I'm banned. Like everyone i opened a ticket and talked nicely with support and they replied that they confirm breach of code of conduct. I said that it's maybe because of the name change because after that day i changed my username to 'LordlyHyper' without waiting for 30days i talked to the support and i beg them and the answer was blocking my browser (anytime i try to open ubisoft support its says OK...) like why they didn't want to believe me or help me I'm a dust line player i can't just lie for a ban appeal i really need that they removed my rank last season i was plate 1 now its unranked i didn't get the charm and my account is still banned until now 17/07/2020. HELP PLEASE 😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏

The perma-ban won't be related to your name change, rather the cheating offence you were notified for.
If you wish to appeal this ban, you will need to contact us directly to go through the appeal process, however there's no guarantee this will give the desired outcome.

my guy how do u contact support the exact same thing happened to my act I purchased this acc on February and didn't cheat but they told me that u have breached the code of conduct and I don't even know how to download any hacking software like FFSSD
