[2022] disconnected from ranked matches TWICE without possibility of rejoining - instant ban

Today me and my friends were disconnected from ranked matches TWICE without possibility of rejoining. Because of that we get instant abandon bans - 60min first and 2 hours second. Fix this, give us our lost MMR.

Same issue as recorded here: Could someone explain this to me? : Rainbow6 (reddit.com)

It is obviously server sided (or some hacks).
