[2020] [Issue Not Listed]Operator I already own from Christmas pack?

Hi there,

I'm not sure how this is possible but I opened my Christmas pack today to find a operator I already own (capitao). I heard that this may be an elite skin for him but no, I checked and it's not the elite skin either.

This is obviously some kind of glitch or something but does anyone what to do.

Welcome to the forums. I have checked your account and can see that you did unlock Capitao with the Christmas pack and before this, you did not own Capitao.

It is not possible for the system to give you an Operator you already owned.
