I had 25000 renown and I bought the 5 alpha pack bundle. I had 8 alpha packs when I bought it and only got 2 so I have a total of 10. I lost all of renown and got 2 packs. This happened at 11:45 am today and I play on xbox one s. Is there a way I can get my renown back or get 3 alpha packs?
