I accidentally unbind my R6 Uplay account after that I immediately logged in so that it could be blocked again but when I wanted to log in the uplay page popped up, asking me if I want to bind the following product to my ubisoft account. I cliked yes.

Now it says that it is having a problem authenticating the ownership of this product.the r6 is gone from my game list(ubisoft connect but still in steam) and my level is decreased

when I ask a friend's help to check my friend list my unbinded account (srpamungkas31) is till in the list but the account (i was changing name to safrizal2003) it split into 2 accounts. how to fix it?

Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Uplay account, than it was linked to when launched for the very first time.

To have this resolved, you need to make sure you are logged in to the right one and error will no longer appear.

If however you are looking to transfer your game to another account' this is something we're able to do as well as I understand that this is what you were trying to achieve by unlinking your accounts however your game gets linked permanently and it's something that only we can transfer for you, so let us know accordingly (via stated channels) and we will take it from there .
