Hi everyone, I don't usually do this kind of stuff but since its siege and i love the game, I was playing a ranked game with my mate and I was going 8-1 and we were up 3-1. It was the last round for us to win and I was literally in objective as an attacker about to kill last couple people and help the team with the push. As i was just walking into objective my game crashed and my team won the round after I crashed. I loaded my game back up and I was then banned for 30 mins and lost mmr rather than winning. I was in silver 2 at the time working my way up to gold and now I'm silver 3 after the crash. I'm quite upset since my placements went pretty well and losing mmr off a game that I won from a game crash is just straight up annoying. I don't know if anyone can help or if this can be fixed but i just had to try because its made me pretty upset. Thanks for your time.

I apologize if you were received this ban, unfortunately Ubisoft Support staff do not have the ability to lift temporary sanction bans or replace MMR.
If these crashes are happening to you often, are you using any additional software that may have contributed to the crash in the game? If you use any of these programs whilst playing the game would you please disable them in Task Manager before launching the game -
