Me and my friend were banned today for no reason, we do not cheat on the game and it says we are "banned for cheating", we opened a ticket talking about it but we didn't get any response. Is anyone having the same issue?

For issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban as we are unable to discuss this over forums.
At the moment there is a delay with player cases, usually we will try to get back to you within 48 hours.

You can appeal your permanent ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can, as you can only appeal a ban once. You can not appeal a temporary sanction.
